Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush or spoon the marinade generously over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring even coverage.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
